Today my boyfriend and I  went back for dinner at American tapas we made reservations as the hostess said it was very busy. We had gone for happy hour 2 weeks ago and it was amazing food and service. Tonight was the same experience we had 5 different tapas small plates and all is very delicious. It doesn't matter what you order It will be delicious. Gina was our waitress and gave excellent service. This place is so fantastic we have made reservations for December 25th for a family luncheon.

So we went here on 11/26.  It was super.   5 stars here.  We had 7:30pm reservations and were seated very quickly.  The hostess was very nice & friendly.  It was quite loud with all the guests trying to talk above the music but we managed fine.  The musician was very good.  His play list was right up our alley. For cocktails I had 2 Grey Gooses on the rocks and my other half has a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. For our tapas, we had Spinach & artichoke dip, lamb meatballs, goat cheese crocquettes, grilled octopus & lamb chops. We really enjoyed the food here.  The music as well.  Total thumbs up. We found out this is owned by 3 people & 2 of the 3 own Eatapas also.   It's really nice to have 2 different type of tapas places near us.

What a hidden gem! Right in the heart of Fort Lauderdale tucked away in a plaza. We came here for dinner and we were not disappointed. Orin was our server and he did a great job. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the tapas, lobster Mac and cheese, mussels and the cauliflower. We were a group of 3 and split about 9 small plates (tapas). Perfect place for a night out with your friends or a date! I will definitely be back!
